Media & Comment Release
This Media & Comment Release sets out your permission for Peako Enterprises, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of Lexi AI and The 9% Club, to publish your name, likeness, comments, and the content you share with us or post in our communities. It forms part of your agreement with us and is accepted alongside the Master Services Agreement, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
1.What You Are Agreeing To
1.1 You give Peako Enterprises, LLC ("Lexi AI," "Company," "we," "us") permission to use the following in our marketing and communications: your name, your business name and logo, your photograph, image, voice, and likeness, and any comments, reviews, screenshots, images, video, or other content you provide to us or post in our communities, courses, or groups (collectively, the "Content").
2.How We May Use It
2.1 We may use, copy, edit, crop, caption, combine, publish, and display the Content in any media now known or later developed, including our website, social media, advertising, email, presentations, and printed materials.
2.2 We may sublicense these rights to platforms and contractors who publish on our behalf. This permission is worldwide, perpetual, and royalty-free.
3.No Compensation, No Approval
3.1 You will not receive payment or royalties for any use of the Content.
3.2 You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished use, including any editing or the copy accompanying it.
4.Your Confirmations About the Content
4.1 You confirm that you own or have the right to share the Content, and that you have obtained permission from anyone else who is identifiable in it.
5.Screenshots and Third-Party Information
5.1 Screenshots of the Service frequently contain the personal information of your own customers. Before sharing any screenshot or image, you must remove or obscure names, phone numbers, email addresses, and message content belonging to anyone other than yourself.
5.2 If you share such information, you are responsible for it, and you agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from it.
5.3 We may remove or decline to publish any Content at any time.
6.No Minors
6.1 You may not share Content depicting or identifying anyone under eighteen (18) years of age without the written consent of their parent or legal guardian.
7.Results and Performance Claims
7.1 This Release does not permit us to publish specific results attributed to you, such as revenue, sales, or growth figures. We will obtain your separate written approval before publishing any such claim.
8.Publishing Without Your Name
8.1 If you would like something you share published without your name or business name attached, tell us when you share it and we will honor that request.
9.Withdrawing Permission
9.1 You may withdraw this permission at any time by writing to us at [email protected]. We will stop new uses within a reasonable time, but we are not required to recall or remove materials already published, printed, or distributed.
10.Incentives and Disclosure
10.1 If we provide anything of value in exchange for a review or testimonial, we will disclose that when we publish it. We never condition any incentive on the review being positive.
11.Release of Claims
11.1 You release us from claims arising out of our use of the Content as permitted by this Release, including claims for right of publicity, defamation, or invasion of privacy based on that use.
12.Electronic Acceptance
12.1 You accept this Release electronically as part of your acceptance of the Lexi AI Master Services Agreement, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy. Electronic acceptance is equivalent to a written signature and is enforceable under applicable law.
