Delete your Lexi AI account

Lexi AI is the companion app for Lexi by Get Lexi AI. Your Lexi account is the same account you use on the web portal, so you can delete it from either place.

Two ways to delete it

From the app

In Lexi AI

  1. Open Lexi AI.
  2. Tap ACCOUNT (top right).
  3. Tap Delete my account.
  4. Confirm.

From the web

On the portal

  1. Sign in at portal.getlexiai.com.
  2. Click your name (top right), then Account.
  3. Click Cancel your account.
  4. Confirm.

What happens next

  • Lexi keeps working until your close date, two days before your next bill. You will not be billed again.
  • On the close date your phone number, your voice assistant and your login are shut down.
  • Thirty days after the close date, everything Lexi holds about your business — your contacts’ conversation history with Lexi, your rules and instructions, your uploaded documents and the files in your Lexi folder — is deleted for good. We keep only the billing records the law requires us to keep.
  • You can change your mind any time before the close date from Account → Undo on the portal.
